Soya chunk Pulao
Take ghee in a cooker, fry onions and ginger garlic paste
Now add green peas and soaked soya chunks to it and fry for 5 mins
Add soaked basmati rice, salt and garam masala and cook in water for 5 minutes.
Take tofu and cut into cubes
Fry chopped onions and capsicum in a pan
Add tofu to it and fry further with salt
At last, add a paste of tomato sauce and soya sauce and cook for 2 mins.
Soyabeans korma with stuffed naan
Take dried soya beans and soak for 6 hrs, boil with salt in a cooker
Now for the curry take ginger garlic paste and fry add tomato paste to it and curry powder and salt
Add the boiled soya beans to it
Serve hot with stuffed naan made out of soy flour
Soy milk pudding
In a saucepan, mix sugar, cornstarch and salt. Gradually stir in soy milk. Cook over slow heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
Gradually add at least half of the hot mixture into egg yolks with constant stirring. Boil and stir 1 minute; remove from heat. Stir in butter and add flavour of your choice.
